Before assuming worn engine mounts, it's genuinely worth checking a simpler, cheaper possibility: an exhaust system mount that's slipped or failed can produce a very similar vibration or rattling noise as the exhaust itself vibrates against the underbody or another component, rather than being properly secured and isolated.
